With the equipment, an agent has the ability to show property to anyone at any time. With a small portable transmitter plugged into the camcorder, the operator (realtor or assistant) gains freedom and mobility to show every detail of the property and surroundings, including the neighborhood, schools and views to prospective clients (users). The transmitter sends a signal to the EYE-View™ receiver, which contains the necessary technology to transfer the images to the Internet. The video images then become accessible on a secure web site for viewing by one or more clients at a time.
